Survey! offers the direct marketing industry the most selectable multi-channel consumer lifestyle database on the market.  Each individual on this file has responded to a series of targeted online surveys.  This database extract offers the responses received about retail shoppers that patronize BJ's. Many of these customers or members of their household, also shop at other retail stores as well as making purchases online as indicated by their responses to online surveys.  Many of these responses are "multi" response in nature.

Each record has been double opted-in and is a verified deliverable Email address.

Unfortunately due to contractual reasons, we cannot identify the list owner conducting the actual online surveys.

No split tests or creative test panels under 10,000 names (for each creative version or panel) will be transmitted.

Net Name Policy:  Gross billing only

Prepayment required from the list owner on first 2 orders placed.  Credit terms will be determined on the third order.

$50/F cancellation fee plus $10/M R/C on orders cancelled prior to mail date.  Full charges apply on orders cancelled after mail date.
